The body of the CANIS Burnburst Cherry is made of cherry wood and is blackened with heat after being sanded several times and then sanded and oiled again. This process makes the wood grain very visible. In some places, a subtle transition to the original color of the cherry wood has been applied.
The two moveable Häussel JB pickups can be blended continuously. Perfect for experimental and progrock.
The headstock is designed so that the hand feels the upper end of the neck. The strings are clamped out of sight. The headstock cover, like the fretboard, is made of European walnut and is held in place invisibly by magnets.
